FCC INC ANNOUNCES DEBBIE REPLOGLE AS NEW SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
SPRINGFIELD, VIRGINIA, July 15, 2022 ― Today, Federal Career Connection, Inc. (FCC, Inc.) announced Debbie Replogle’s appointment as the new Social Media Manager, who will be joining the communications team in promoting the awareness of public, national, military, or other federal service professions for individuals who have a calling to serve.
As the new Social Media Manager, Replogle will help create and maintain a strong online presence for FCC Inc., by implementing online marketing strategies through social media channels to not only increase brand awareness, but more importantly connect agency insiders and provide educational webinars, career advice, and online resources to equip and help aspiring individuals navigate and engage opportunities in public, national, military, or other federal service professions.
“I am very excited to have Debbie on our team,” said Alex Harrington, the executive director for FCC Inc. “With her experience in understanding mainstream social media channels, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, blogging etc., we will be able to effectively reach more job seekers who are looking for opportunities in public, national, military, or other federal service professions.”
In addition to overseeing the engagement of current platforms, Replogle will oversee new engagement strategies for the FCC, Inc. webinars, blogs and other upcoming projects as well as new social media channels.

About Debbie Replogle, Social Media Coordinator
Debbie is passionate about helping people find jobs. She is Program Manager and Administrative Coordinator for Career Network Ministry (CNM) overseeing all operational aspects of the organization including scheduling 3,000 workshops, managing 380 volunteers, connecting hundreds of jobseekers to resources, developing strategic plans, designing, and creating all outreach materials and social media. You name it – she does it! Debbie has worked with FCC Inc. previously in conjunction with their partnership with CNM.
Debbie has had a successful career in public education both as a theatre teacher and founding faculty member for a magnet high school for the performing arts as well as an instructor at Auburn University in her hometown of Montgomery, Alabama. After moving to the DMV area, she became a certified Master Trainer and Instructional Designer developing and delivering training to Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Debbie has experience in theatre, radio, and television.
