For the past 7 months, many of us have been bunkered down ‘quarantine-style’ due to the coronavirus pandemic. Before the pandemic only about 5 or 6 percent of the U.S. workforce worked from home, but today there’s roughly 37 to 45 percent teleworking. And when COVID-19 is finally behind us and our economy is back to full production, working from home will no longer be seen as a perk, but instead, a critical weapon in our fight against future pandemics

NEW OPM GUIDANCE SET TO IMPROVE THE ABILITY TO SET APART APPLICANTS’ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

HOW TO STAY MARKETABLE AFTER THE MID-40S

For nearly ten years, I have been asked this question many times over. Quite frankly, when I was first asked about how to market yourself as someone past their mid-40s, at best, I clumsily struggled in my response to the individual’s age-related question.
